This is personal training without the performance pressure. No ego. No grind culture. Just simple, sustainable strength and mobility coaching designed to help you feel strong, steady, and capable in your real, everyday life. Whether you're rebuilding after burnout or injury, prepping for your next outdoor adventure, or just tired of training like someone you're not—this is where we start. Together, we’ll train for: Strength that supports your lifestyle Mobility that restores your range of motion Confidence that comes from moving without pain or second-guessing your body You’ll learn how to move better, lift smart, and take care of your body without shame, extremes, or flashy nonsense. We’ll focus on the foundations—breath, alignment, stability, and control—so you can build strength that lasts beyond the gym. Each session is personalized to your body, your goals, and your actual life—not some generic template. Because your body is your gear. Train accordingly. Located in Anchorage. In-person coaching only.
