About Erin
Founder of Outwild Human Performance
Coach. Educator. Mom. Survivor. Wild and rebuilding.
I didn't start here.
I didn't grow up thinking I'd become a strength coach or a movement teacher. I wasn't the sporty kid. I wasn't the confident one. I was the one who got hurt early and often - by people, by systems, by silence.

I became a mom at 15.

I survived trauma that no one saw and carried shame that wasn't mine to hold.
For years, I tried to outrun it through hustle, perfectionism, overachievement, and pretending I was fine.

Eventually, my body gave out before my spirit did.
That's when I stopped trying to fix myself - and started learning how to rebuild myself.

Through movement.
Through strength.

Through slow, shaky reps, nature, stillness, resistance training, real food, and real grief, I let go of how I thought strength should look and started to feel what strength could actually be.
Outwild Human Performance is not just a business. It's a reclaiming.
It's a place where we train not for six-packs or max lifts (though those can come)… but for resilience, readiness, and self-trust.

It's where we remember that our bodies are not ornaments. They are our gear - the things that carry us through mountains, trauma, joy, stress, parenthood, healing, and the long trek home to ourselves.

Today, I coach people who feel disconnected from their bodies… because I've lived that.

I coach women who carry weight that isn't visible. I coach men who've been taught strength is silence. I coach anyone ready to build a body they can count on from the ground up.

I'm a CrossFit coach, yoga teacher, nutrition coach, anatomy educator, and movement specialist. But mostly, I'm a guide, a listener, and a witness to your return.
Because if I've learned anything…

It's that we don't have to be perfect to be powerful.
We just have to keep showing up.

Let's do that together.
